Poor health can contribute to being homeless, and being homeless can lead to poor health. Limited access to health care can make it worse. That's why the health of homeless people in the United States is worse than that of the general population. Common health problems include

Mental health problems
Substance abuse problems
Bronchitis and pneumonia
Problems caused by being outdoors
Wound and skin infections

Many homeless women are victims of domestic or sexual abuse. Homeless children have high rates of emotional and behavioral problems, often from having witnessed abuse.

But after I heard him speak, heard his promises, listened to his plans for Americas future, I began to think that maybe just maybe he could do something for our economy, our starving, our homeless and old people not to mention our health care system. Well now I am having my doubts again about him and I am worried about our future. Am I the only one that feels this way or is there more of you out there that have the same concerns? I really would like to know
