(Wed, 29 Dec 2010 14:22:37 GMT)
I see herbs can cure this but I don't know how much to take . Those antibiotics you get at the health department lower your immune system . I think it's like (4) 500mg pills if flagyl at one time

Resolved Question: How can I report my idiot doctor?
(Sun, 28 Nov 2010 06:29:37 GMT)
During my 2009 annual gynecologist visit I inquired about a reoccurring issue I have with my vulva being itchy and raw. I also said it seems like it maybe an allergy because things like pantie liners make it SO much worse. Well, the dumb woman told me I needed to see an allergy specialist.
I was immediately put off by this response. This was an embarrassing omission of it's own to my lady doctor-why in the world would I want to go to an allergy clinic to show them my lady parts? I have seen m

Resolved Question: Dry mouth corners and genital herpes, or a yeast infection?
(Sun, 06 Jun 2010 01:34:48 GMT)
Hi.
Recently I was diagnosed and treated for trichomoniasis, which I caught from a partner who I had unprotected sex with on about 10-15 different occasions in April and May. I found out about the trichomoniasis about two weeks ago, and I was treated and cured. I went back to the doctor this afternoon and I checked to make sure I had no more trichomoniasis, no gonorrhea, no chlamydia, no BV, and I checked out fine, but I did develop a yeast infection due to the antibiotics. I took a one dos

Resolved Question: I had an STD and got treatment ... but I'm not better!?
(Fri, 04 Jun 2010 00:47:39 GMT)
Hi.
I ruined my perfect life by having sex with someone I shouldn't have had sex with. And yes, I did it unprotected, like the biggest idiot alive. I ended up contracting Trichomoniasis, as proved to me by an ER doctor. They also tested me for chlamydia and gonorrhea, which I assume I came up negative for, because they never called me back, and they only call you if you have the infection. I also tested for BV and a yeast infection, which I also think came back negative, or they would have

Voting Question: girls issues for down there?
(Mon, 24 May 2010 12:44:06 GMT)
I'm a 20yo girl and for the past two days I've noticed a change in my vaginal health.
I've never had any kind of diseases down there so I'm quite nervous.
symptoms:
-yellowish discharge
-soreness
-itchy sensation
I thought it might be thrush, but I read that there is no change in the colour of the discharge.
I looked at some other diseases n a few things pointed towards either trichomoniasis or gonorrhea, which are both STI's, but I haven't had sex in a few months.
I will go see a doctor as

Resolved Question: Do i have a STD or am i just paranoid?
(Sat, 28 Nov 2009 04:43:21 GMT)
I got an std last year and ever since have been very conscious of the feeling when I urinate. I have been tested many many times for all the common stds syphilis and chlamydia, aids etc.. but unless I drink a ton of water in a day, I still feel burning and pain after I urinate or ejaculate and I also have to urinate very frequently throughout the day. My urine has been checked for a bladder infection and nothing there either. I am wondering if I am just paranoid or have somthing else wrong.

Resolved Question: Can my boyfriend's doctor write me a prescription?
(Wed, 19 Aug 2009 18:39:02 GMT)
My boyfriend just got tested positive for chlamydia and I no longer have health insurance... a couple months ago I was diagnosed with some kind of bacterial infection (trichomoniasis or something) and my doctor wrote him a prescription for me to give to him without him having to go to his doctor because he was exposed to it. So assuming I have chlamydia now too, could his doctor write me a prescription without me having to get checked?

Hello everyone. My lil sis has been married for about 8 months now. She is 25 and when they married she packed up and moved to his hometown which is a 3 hour drive from her family and friends. She hasn't been very happy the past few months. She just found out three weeks ago that she has the STD Trichomoniasis. She thinks he cheated on her obviously.

Resolved Question: Awkward Question. I've never had sex in my life, but I might have Trichomoniasis.?
(Tue, 24 Feb 2009 20:51:49 GMT)
I'm only 13, but today in health class, I noticed I had some of the symptoms of trichomoniasis. I have had discharge for a while, but my parents never said anything. Is it Trichomoniasis? What happens if it's untreated?
I know it's not genetic. None of my parents have it.

I'm a diabetic (i don't know if this means anything) But for the last 11 months i've been going through hell.Recently i went to the clinic 2 times. first time was in aug and the second in sep. The first time i went. the doctors tested me for Trichomoniasis, Chlamydia, hiv/aids, syphillis, and and gonnerea. I came back positive for both trichomoniasis and chlamydia. Resolved Question: STD facts for teens about unprotected sex.?
(Tue, 21 Oct 2008 13:13:24 GMT)
I have read a lot of questions from young adults about health risks by having unprotected sex. I'm a 29 year old male that has never had an STD. I take that back, I got a yeast infection from my exwife once ( yes guys can get a yeast infection from their partner). I can still count my sexual partners on one hand; statistically that's quite low. One of the reasons why it is low is because I am scared to death (no pun intended) about getting an STD. Here's some statistics about unprotected sex.

Resolved Question: How Can I Convince Planned Parenthood to let me have STD Tests?
(Mon, 18 Aug 2008 01:40:27 GMT)
I was sexually assaulted when a man forcibly digitally penetrated my vagina after masterbating. I know I contracted HPV from the attack because I have visible genital warts.
However, I am worried about other STDs. I asked them to give me STD tests and they only ones that they did was Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. I asked twice if I could haven an HIV test and they said I would have to go to the Health Department. (On their website, however, it says that all PP Centers in that region offer HIV tes

Resolved Question: After reading this is 1 in 4 so scary?
(Wed, 12 Mar 2008 22:01:57 GMT)
"The teens were tested for four infections: human papillomavirus, or HPV, which can cause cervical cancer and affected 18 percent of girls studied; chlamydia, which affected 4 percent; trichomoniasis, 2.5 percent; and genital herpes, 2 percent."
BUT the CDC says in their website: "Most people with HPV do not develop symptoms or health problems." AND "In 90% of cases, the body’s immune system clears the HPV infection naturally within two years." So... 18% of those "1 of 4" girls have a virus

Resolved Question: I have trichomoniasis....?
(Wed, 17 Oct 2007 19:07:15 GMT)
I am pretty I have this. I took that over the counter testing kit. Anyway I have NO health insurance and no doctor will give me a prescription without testing me first. Each doctor is talking about 150 to 200 dollars for an examination. I do not have that money. I have had this trichomoniasis for over 2 weeks. I am dying. How can I get a prescription!!!!
well the test kits said it could be a bacterial or trich. So i know what it is. I have had it before. So go to hell
