AbGONE Manufacturers Suggested Use

The recommended dosage is 2 capsules twice a day, preferably one dose with breakfast and another at lunch. Drink at least 10-12 ounces of water with each dose. Do not exceed eight softgels per 24 hour period. In order to minimize the risk of stomach upset that can sometimes occur with dietary supplements, we recommend that you take AbGONE with food preferably in the MIDDLE of your meal.
