INFLUENZA (FLUMIST) side effect was reported . Female patient, child 9.0 years of age, was vaccinated with INFLUENZA (FLUMIST). After vaccination, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain, blood test, body temperature increased, culture positive, neck pain"FLUMIST received 12/27/08. On 12/30/2008 began experiencing itching of nose, 101 f temperature; aching of neck and back. Dad contacted PMD who did rapid flu swab which was positive. Dad called CDC and was told to rep out it to local health dept.". NoNoneNasal swab and blood drawn; Swab was positive . During the same period patient was treated with None. Patient recovered.

INFLUENZA (FLUMIST) side effect was reported on 01/23/2009. Male patient, child 9.0 years of age, was vaccinated with INFLUENZA (FLUMIST).
