INFLUENZA (FLUVIRIN) side effect was reported on 01/15/2009. Female patient, 35.0 years of age, was vaccinated with INFLUENZA (FLUVIRIN). After vaccination, patient experienced the following side effects: injection site erythema, injection site swelling, injection site warmth, pain, pruritus"Within 2 hours of vaccination Pt experienced generalized ache ness that lasted 3 days. Itching was significant enough to require antihistamines. No respiratory involvement, angioedema or other S/ Sx. Pt also reported area of redness, swelling and warmth at site of yellow fever injection, lasting 3 days". None"Asthma, Anxiety, Depression, OCD" . During the same period patient was treated with "Oral contraceptives, Celexa xanax, Ambien, Singular, Pulmicort, Zephanal". Patient recovered.

INFLUENZA (FLUVIRIN) side effect was reported on 02/05/2009. Female patient, child 11.0 years of age, was vaccinated with INFLUENZA (FLUVIRIN). After vaccination, patient experienced the following side effects: pruritus, pyrexia, urticaria, , "Parent reports adolescent having hives on hands,knees and feet that began approximately 2-3 days past receiving vaccines on 1/22/09. Also reports fever for one day when hives began. Using topical benadryl cream with no relief. Hives and c/o itching remain. Hives seen by RN in clinic today. Referred to primary physician.". NONENONE PER PARENTNONE . During the same period patient was treated with NONE. Patient recovered.

After vaccination, patient experienced the following side effects: herpes zoster, pain, pain, pruritus, rash"Rash on abdomen and spread to back with itching, stinging and pain. Pain constant treated with VALTREX 1g tid x 7 days and NEUROTIN 500mg bid. Herpes Zoster.". Healthy . Patient recovered.

INFLUENZA (FLUVIRIN) side effect was reported on 04/08/2009. Female patient, 32.0 years of age, was vaccinated with INFLUENZA (FLUVIRIN). After vaccination, patient experienced the following side effects: eye pruritus, pharyngeal oedema, pruritus, tongue oedema, Edema of the tongue and throat. No acute respiratory distress. complained of mild itching around eyes and forehead. No erythema or rash noted in this area. Claritin 1 PO given. Monitored for 1 hour. Symptoms did not worsen. Discharged with two claritin tabs and instructed to take one on Thurs and Fri. AM. Instructed to go to nearest ER if symptoms worsen.. NoNone Reported . During the same period patient was treated with None. Patient recovered.

INFLUENZA (FLUVIRIN) side effect was reported on 04/28/2009. Female patient, 60.0 years of age, was vaccinated with INFLUENZA (FLUVIRIN). After vaccination, patient experienced the following side effects: pain, pruritus, urticaria, , "Client received the influenza, pneumococcal (PPV23), Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and shingles Vaccine at 10:10 a.m. at clinic. Client then went to another clinic to get the influenza Vaccine at 2:15p.m. She was consequently also administered the Varicella Vaccine at 2:15 p.m. Client noticed that she began having wheals (hives) on the left side of abdomen on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Client had itching (4 on a scale from 0-10). Pain level report at 2-3 on scale 0-10. The lesions were in a area four inches in diameter. On April 28, 2009 the hives spread to over 12 inches in diameter, somewhat confluent fashion. The lesions appear mainly on the left side of abdomen. There are no lesions on the back or any other area of the body except the abdomen area. Client used body lotion on the lesions and it helped with the itching. Client also took warm baths and it appeared to stop the itching. Client referred to medical provider for consultation.". N/A"1991 client had an allergic reaction to codeine; gave client massive headache. 1988, Cortisol shot gave client reaction; client suffered pain all over body." .
