After vaccination, patient experienced the following side effects: body temperature increased, erythema, rash, screaming, urticaria"Had temp 102.4 evening following vaccine - mother took him to after hours pediatric clinic who told her to watch him - saw his regular MD on Wednesday - only had small at that time on arm. Mother states told doctor about visit to after hours ped clinic but he did not really address that issue. Child started according to mom a high pitched scream day after receiving shots and has been having it off and on since. She states he starts screaming when he awakens from sleep. She states he stops when you pick him up and rock him. She states he started having a rash 12-11-08 - red bumps on his face, chest, stomach, and on back. She states in A.M. rash is really bad but then goes to just being red areas later on in the day. Informed mom to make an appt with her pediatrician for evaluation. She voiced understanding of instructions. Called mom back today at 2:45 PM. She states child is doing better, redness in face gone - but still has bumps on both arms and his stomach. States will schedule appt with pediatrician.". At PE appt had small rash anterior hand R arm - 15 mm siteNone . During the same period patient was treated with None. Patient recovered.

INFLUENZA (FLUZONE) side effect was reported on 03/25/2009. Female patient, 52.0 years of age, was vaccinated with INFLUENZA (FLUZONE). After vaccination, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain, blood test, borrelia burgdorferi serology, full blood count, hyperhidrosis"Itchy, hot rash broke out the night of the vaccination on elbows, moving the buttocks and then ankles. Feet sweating profusely. Lasted about 3 weeks. After another week, jaw, shoulders and back starting aching. Then right toes started tingling. Muscle twitches and spasms occurred primarily in back at first, now all over. The tingling progressed to both feet and some in the hands. MRI of brain and spinal cord showed nothing but age related degeneration. Blood tests all negative except ANA slightly elevated (133). Neurologist put me on prednisone and Gabapentin. Seemed to have little effect on pain and tingling. Tingling has progressed to groin, back and stomach at times. Pain persists in back, upper shoulders and neck. Tingling especially in toes and exacerbated upon exercise and hot bath. Neurologist just upped the dose of Gabapentin to see if it would alleviate the symptoms. Another blood test for ANA will be done.". "No, but getting over sinus infection"High blood pressure"MRI of thoracic, cervical and lumbar spine. MRI of brain. Blood tests for Lyme, thyroid, Vit D deficiency, and complete blood panel." . During the same period patient was treated with Lisinopril 5 mg Completed Bactrim for sinus infection two weeks prior.
