on Jun 20, 2008 Female patient from UNITED STATES, , weighting 176.0 lb, was diagnosed with heart rate increased and was treated with Actavis. After Actavis was administered, patient had the following side effects: Actavis and heart rate decreased, Actavis and overdose. Actavis dosage: 0.125 Mg 1 Daily 1 Tablet Every Day. Patient was hospitalized.
