on Oct 19, 2009 Male patient from CROATIA (local name: Hrvatska) , child 12 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia mycoplasmal and was treated with Amphotec (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: chills, hyperpyrexia, somnolence, tachycardia. Amphotec dosage: 9 Mg/kg (3 Mg/kg, 1 In 8 Hr) Intravenous. During the same period patient was treated with PURINETHOL (MERCAPTHOPURINE) (TABLETS) (View Purinethol (mercapthopurine) (tablets) Review and Purinethol (mercapthopurine) (tablets) Label ), SINERSUL (COTRIMOXAZOL) (TABLETS) (View Sinersul (cotrimoxazol) (tablets) Review and Sinersul (cotrimoxazol) (tablets) Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
