After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cholestasis, hepatitis, hepatitis toxic, hepatosplenomegaly. AOTAL dosage: 333 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with ESPERAL, NOCTRAM, OXAZEPAM, INEXIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
