on Jun 10, 2010 Female patient from UNITED STATES, , 69 years of age, weighting 145.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain (What is pain?) and was treated with Apotex. After Apotex was administered, patient had the following side effects: Apotex and application site erosion, Apotex and application site reaction, Apotex and application site vesicles, Apotex and complication of device removal, Apotex and economic problem. Apotex dosage: 5 Boxes 100 Mcg/hr 72 Hrs. During the same period patient was treated with APOTEX FENTANYL TRANSDERMAL SYSTEM MAN.

on Mar 28, 2007 Male patient from UNITED STATES, , weighting 18.52 lb, was diagnosed with pyelocystitis and was treated with Apotex. After Apotex was administered, patient had the following side effects: Apotex and crying, Apotex and rash erythematous, Apotex and screaming. Apotex dosage: 840mg Q24h Iv. During the same period patient was treated with APOTEX CEFTRIAXONE, HEPARIN, CHLORIDE.
