After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: aphasia, asthenia, disorientation, dizziness, dyspnoea, migraine, speech disorder. AVALIDE dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, LIPITOR, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, SYNTHROID, NORCO, VALTREX, FENTANYL TRANSDERMAL SYSTEM, ZELNORM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
