on Sep 08, 2008 Male patient from SOUTH AFRICA, was diagnosed with helicobacter infection, diabetes mellitus management, hypertension, insomnia and was treated with Basal. After Basal was administered, patient had the following side effects: Basal and cholestasis, Basal and jaundice (What is jaundice?), Basal and nausea (What is nausea?). Basal dosage: Unk. During the same period patient was treated with KLACID, GLAMARYL, AMOXIL, LANSOPRAZOLE WINTHROP, AMLODIPINE, ZOLPIDEM. Patient was hospitalized.

on Oct 06, 2005 Female patient from UNITED STATES, , 63 years of age, weighting 167.6 lb, was diagnosed with hyperglycaemia and was treated with Basal. After Basal was administered, patient had the following side effects: Basal and confusional state, Basal and hypoglycaemia. Basal dosage: 22 Units Sq Qd. During the same period patient was treated with ACYCLOVIR, CALCIUM CARBONATE, LANZOPRAZOLE, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, PHENYTOIN, SIROLIMUS.
