on Apr 09, 2007 Male patient from UNITED STATES, , weighting 21.38 lb, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection and was treated with Carbaxefed. After Carbaxefed was administered, patient had the following side effects: Carbaxefed and overdose, Carbaxefed and respiratory arrest. Carbaxefed dosage: 1 Dropperful/8 Hours As Needed. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN. Patient died on 01/28/2007.

on Mar 02, 2005 Female patient from , was diagnosed with cough, nasal congestion, upper respiratory tract infection and was treated with Carbaxefed. After Carbaxefed was administered, patient had the following side effects: Carbaxefed and cough, Carbaxefed and vomiting. Carbaxefed dosage: 1/2 Ml, 4 Times As A Day. During the same period patient was treated with CARBAXEFED DM RF ORAL DROPS, CARBAXEFED DM RF ORAL DROPS.
