on Aug 16, 2006 Male patient from UNITED STATES , 47 years of age, weighting 240.1 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure congestive, oedema and was treated with Chlorothiazide (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: dyspnoea, pruritus, rash (What is rash?). Chlorothiazide dosage: 250mg Once Iv Bolus. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN (View Digoxin Review and Digoxin Label ), COLCHICINE (View Colchicine Review and Colchicine Label ), FUROSEMIDE (View Furosemide Review and Furosemide Label ), ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE (View Isosorbide Dinitrate Review and Isosorbide Dinitrate Label ), HYDRALAZINE HCL (View Hydralazine Hcl Review and Hydralazine Hcl Label ), METOLAZONE (View Metolazone Review and Metolazone Label ), METHYLPREDNISOLONE (View Methylprednisolone Review and Methylprednisolone Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
