During the same period patient was treated with CLEMASTINE FUMARATE, FENISTIL, LORAZEPAM, CALCIUM, CLEMASTINE FUMARATE, PANTOPRAZOLE, VANCOMYCIN, CHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
