After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: anxiety, arrhythmia, hypertonia, palpitations. CLOMIPRAMINE dosage: 50 MG; 3 TIMES A DAY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, INDERAL RETARD. Patient died.
