Cloxacillin dosage: 150 Mg/kg, I.v.. During the same period patient was treated with AUGMENTIN, GENTALLINE, ZOVIRAX, ALBUMIN, PERFALGAN, HYPNOVEL, SUFENTA, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized.
