Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: agitation, anger, asthenia, confusional state, decreased appetite, hallucination, intestinal perforation, pancreatitis. Cotazym dosage: Df. During the same period patient was treated with REGULAR INSULIN (Df) (View Regular Insulin Review and Regular Insulin Label ), IRON (View Iron Review and Iron Label ), POTASSIUM CHLORIDE (View Potassium Chloride Review and Potassium Chloride Label ), LEVOTHYROXINE SODIUM (View Levothyroxine Sodium Review and Levothyroxine Sodium Label ).
