Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: lactic acidosis, renal failure acute. Creatine dosage: Creatine Monohydrate Was Initiated At 5g Four Times A Day Then Changed To 5 G/day.. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN HCL (View Metformin Hcl Review and Metformin Hcl Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
