on Aug 01, 2003 Female patient from FRANCE , 40 years of age, was diagnosed with migraine (What is migraine?) and was treated with Desernil (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: asthenia, difficulty in walking, electromyogram abnormal, ergot poisoning, extensor plantar response, fatigue, gait disturbance, haemodilution, hypoaesthesia. Desernil dosage: 1.65 Mg, Tid. During the same period patient was treated with PARACETAMOL (1 G, Prn) (View Paracetamol Review and Paracetamol Label ), DIHYDROERGOTAMINE MESYLATE (10 Mg/d) (View Dihydroergotamine Mesylate Review and Dihydroergotamine Mesylate Label ), PROPRANOLOL (40 Mg, Qid) (View Propranolol Review and Propranolol Label ), ESTROGENS CONJUGATED W/PROGESTERONE (View Estrogens Conjugated W/progesterone Review and Estrogens Conjugated W/progesterone Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
