Reported Dexrazoxane Side Effects: pancreatic enzymes increased, hypoxia, hepatic enzyme increased, haemoptysis, retinoic acid syndrome, renal failure acute, pneumonia, interstitial lung disease, hepatic function abnormal, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased.

Dexrazoxane Side Effects Report #5245522-9
Health Professional from FRANCE reported DEXRAZOXANE problem on Feb 12, 2007. Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia, nausea, vomiting and was treated with DEXRAZOXANE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, haemoptysis, hepatic enzyme increased, hepatic function abnormal, hypoxia, interstitial lung disease, pancreatic enzymes increased. DEXRAZOXANE dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, DAUNORUBICIN, PRIMPERAN, ZOFRAN, VESANOID, RANITIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
