After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: agranulocytosis, bone marrow disorder, gastritis haemorrhagic, mucosal haemorrhage, pneumonia, skin haemorrhage, white blood cell count decreased. DICLOFENAC dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, NOVAMINSULFON. Patient died.
