on Jan 05, 2009 Female patient from JAPAN, , 52 years of age, was treated with Dinagest. After Dinagest was administered, patient had the following side effects: Dinagest and cerebral infarction, Dinagest and coronary artery embolism, Dinagest and embolic stroke, Dinagest and hemiplegia, Dinagest and hypertonia, Dinagest and pulmonary embolism (What is pulmonary embolism?), Dinagest and ventricular fibrillation. Dinagest dosage: Oral. During the same period patient was treated with MERCAZOLE, CARVEDILOL, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, NORLUTEN, TRIQUILAR. Patient died.
