After Florate was administered, patient had the following side effects: Florate and eye irritation, Florate and foreign body sensation in eyes, Florate and vision blurred, Florate and visual acuity reduced, Florate and vitreous detachment. Florate dosage: 1 Gtt Ou Q4h X 15d, Then Q6h X 30 D, Then Q8h X 15 D, Then Qd X 15 D, Ophthalmic. During the same period patient was treated with CAPTOPRIL, ATENOLOL, SIBUTRAMINA.
