Floxal Side Effects Report #5261464-7
Physician from JAPAN reported FLOXAL problem on Feb 19, 2007. Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with enterobacter infection, ulcerative keratitis and was treated with FLOXAL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cataract, choroidal detachment, corneal perforation, enterobacter infection, flat anterior chamber of eye, iridocele, ulcerative keratitis. FLOXAL dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLOXAL AUGENTROPEN, BROMFENAC, LEVOFLOXACIN, ERYTHROMYCIN, ATROPINE, TOSUFLOXACIN, MOFEZOLAC, FOSFOMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

FLOXAL problem was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Feb 19, 2007. Male patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with episcleritis and was treated with FLOXAL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: anterior chamber disorder, corneal oedema, staphylococcal infection, ulcerative keratitis. FLOXAL dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BROMFENAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
