on Sep 28, 2009 Male patient from UNITED STATES, was treated with Folgard. After Folgard was administered, patient had the following side effects: Folgard and blood pressure decreased, Folgard and cold sweat, Folgard and dizziness (What is dizziness?). Folgard dosage: 2.2 (1/2 Tablet) 3 Times A Week. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMIN, LOVAZA, VITAMIN D, LIPITOR, FUROSEMIDE, AVODART, FLOMAX.
