After Folitropin was administered, patient had the following side effects: Folitropin and abortion induced, Folitropin and conjoined twins. Folitropin dosage: Df. During the same period patient was treated with MENOTROPINS, CLOMIPHENE CITRATE. Patient was hospitalized.

on Feb 26, 2007 Female patient from CZECH REPUBLIC, , 28 years of age, was diagnosed with ovulation induction and was treated with Folitropin. After Folitropin was administered, patient had the following side effects: Folitropin and ovarian torsion, Folitropin and pregnancy test positive. Folitropin dosage: See Image. During the same period patient was treated with FOLITROPIN BETA, CHORONIC GONADOTROPHIN, GANIRELIX ACETATEECTION, PROGESTERONE, ATROPINE SULPHATE, MIDAZOLAM, PROPOFOL, SUFENTANIL CITRATE. Patient was hospitalized.
