on May 10, 2005 Male patient from , , 48 years of age, weighting 282.9 lb, was diagnosed with hyperphosphataemia and was treated with Forsenol. After Forsenol was administered, patient had the following side effects: Forsenol and myocardial infarction. Forsenol dosage: 750 Mg, 3x/day; Tid, Oral. During the same period patient was treated with NITRO, TRAZODONE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, LIPITOR, DEXFOL, ASPIRIN. Patient died on 05/02/2005.

on Mar 31, 2005 Female patient from , , 64 years of age, weighting 127.2 lb, was diagnosed with hyperphosphataemia and was treated with Forsenol. After Forsenol was administered, patient had the following side effects: Forsenol and hypocalcaemia, Forsenol and nausea (What is nausea?), Forsenol and nervousness, Forsenol and paraesthesia. Forsenol dosage: 1000 Mg, 2x/day; Bid, Oral. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, AMITRIPTYLINE, LANTUS, LASIX, BICARBONATE IN PLASTIC CONTAINER, NEPHROCAPS, LIPRAM, SYNTHROID.
