Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with FORTAZ. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: blood culture positive, contusion, ecthyma, gangrene, klebsiella infection, lethargy, pseudomonas infection, staphylococcal infection. FORTAZ dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, CIPROFLOXACIN, GENTAMICIN SULPHATE, AMIKACIN, VANCOMYCIN, TRETINOIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
