Fragmin Side Effects Report #5254441-3Physician from UNITED KINGDOM reported FRAGMIN problem on Feb 21, 2007. Male patient, 35 years of age, weighting 196.2 lb, was diagnosed with peripheral embolism, pain, back pain, panic disorder, agitation, insomnia and was treated with FRAGMIN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abdominal discomfort, agitation, anxiety, back pain, hypoaesthesia, injection site haematoma, muscular weakness, paraesthesia, thrombosis. FRAGMIN dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ORAMORPH, DURAGESIC, DIAZEPAM, NITRAZEPAM. Patient recovered.

FRAGMIN problem was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Feb 26, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with therapeutic procedure and was treated with FRAGMIN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: coagulopathy, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism. FRAGMIN dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN. Patient recovered.
