Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: adrenal insufficiency, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, lung neoplasm malignant, metastases to adrenals. Funguard dosage: 100 Mg, Uid/qd, Iv Drip. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN (2 G, Iv Nos) (View Vancomycin Review and Vancomycin Label ), GASTER (View Gaster Review and Gaster Label ), CIBENOL (CIBENZOLINE SUCCINATE) (View Cibenol (cibenzoline Succinate) Review and Cibenol (cibenzoline Succinate) Label ), LASIX (View Lasix Review and Lasix Label ).

4. When applicable, Problems with different manufacturer of same medicine: not getting same results from a generic drug as a brand name drug, or from another generic
