After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cerebrovascular accident, convulsion, dizziness, dysarthria, head titubation, muscle spasms, oral disorder. GABITRIL dosage: 4 MG, 4 MG TO 8MG DAILY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZANAFLEX, CYMBALTA, LYRICA, ADDERALL, PREDNISONE, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE. Patient recovered.
