on Aug 26, 2002 Female patient from UNITED STATES, , 58 years of age, was diagnosed with accidental exposure, bone density decreased, anxiety (What is anxiety?), hypovitaminosis and was treated with Hormone. After Hormone was administered, patient had the following side effects: Hormone and acne (What is acne?), Hormone and hair growth abnormal. Hormone dosage: Daily Dose: Unk.. During the same period patient was treated with ANDROGEL, FOSAMAX, PROZAC, VITAMINS.
