HUMULIN dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HUMULIN N, HUMULIN R, ASPIRIN, CLONIDINE, TIMOLOL MALEATE, LUMIGAN, PLAVIX, NEXIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/01/2006.
