After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cardiopulmonary failure. IMIPENEM dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, QUAMATEL, ASCORUTIN, AMBROXOL, NIMESULIDE. Patient died on 09/03/2006.
