on Aug 20, 2007 Female patient from TUNISIA , 61 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, gastritis, ischaemic stroke and was treated with Insuline (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, ischaemic stroke. Insuline dosage: Unk. During the same period patient was treated with UNIDEX (Unk) (View Unidex Review and Unidex Label ), MANITOL (Unk) (View Manitol Review and Manitol Label ), DOPAMINE HCL (Unk) (View Dopamine Hcl Review and Dopamine Hcl Label ), OMEPRAZOLE (Unk) (View Omeprazole Review and Omeprazole Label ), PLAVIX (View Plavix Review and Plavix Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
