After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphonia, dyspnoea, pharyngeal oedema, pharyngolaryngeal discomfort, type i hypersensitivity, wheezing. Klacid dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
