KLARICID dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARVEDILOL, ENOXAPARIN, BREVA, FENTANYL, OMEPRAZOLE, MEROPENEM, IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, CIPROFLOXACIN. Patient died on 08/31/2007.
