on Jun 13, 2008 Female patient from CANADA, , 78 years of age, weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with osteoporosis (What is osteoporosis?) and was treated with Lasofoxifene. After Lasofoxifene was administered, patient had the following side effects: Lasofoxifene and confusional state. Lasofoxifene dosage: 0.5 Mg; Daily; Oral. During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, OSCAL, ALENDRONATE, LEVOTHYROXINE, TRAZODONE, ACETAMINOPHEN, DOCUSATE, CLONIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized.

on May 28, 2008 Female patient from RUSSIAN FEDERATION, , 66 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with osteoporosis (What is osteoporosis?) and was treated with Lasofoxifene. After Lasofoxifene was administered, patient had the following side effects: Lasofoxifene and condition aggravated, Lasofoxifene and pancreatitis chronic, Lasofoxifene and post concussion syndrome. Lasofoxifene dosage: 0.25 Mg; Oral. During the same period patient was treated with PENTOXIFYLLINE ER. Patient was hospitalized.
