Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: anaesthetic complication, cataract operation complication, eyelid ptosis, iatrogenic injury, muscle injury, tendon injury. Mepivacaine dosage: 140 Mg Once Rnb. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROX (View Levothyrox Review and Levothyrox Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
