on Oct 20, 2006 Female patient from JAPAN , 41 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, reflux oesophagitis, diabetes mellitus insulin-dependent, depression (What is depression?) and was treated with Mercazole (View Usage). Patient experienced the following unwanted or unexpected effects: hypoaesthesia, hypoglycaemia, memory impairment, paralysis flaccid, somnolence. Mercazole dosage: 5 Mg, Qd. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAL (20 Mg, Qd) (View Omepral Review and Omepral Label ), NOVORAPID CHU PENFILL (20 U, Qd) (View Novorapid Chu Penfill Review and Novorapid Chu Penfill Label ), LANTUS (24 Iu, Qd) (View Lantus Review and Lantus Label ), ETIZOLAM (1.5 Mg, Qd) (View Etizolam Review and Etizolam Label ), ROHYPNOL (3 Mg, Qd) (View Rohypnol Review and Rohypnol Label ), HALCION (.5 Mg, Qd) (View Halcion Review and Halcion Label ), LUVOX (150 Mg, Qd) (View Luvox Review and Luvox Label ), TETRAMIDE (4 Mg, Qd) (View Tetramide Review and Tetramide Label ). Patient was hospitalized.
