Female patient, 83 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Metformin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood urine present, diarrhoea, dyspnoea. Metformin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, GLIPIZIDE, LISINOPRIL, HYDRALAZINE. Patient recovered.
