Physician from JAPAN reported METHYCOBAL problem on Sept 19, 2007. Male patient, weighting 136.2 lb, was diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy, depression , hypertension, renal failure, constipation  and was treated with METHYCOBAL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abnormal behaviour, amnesia, fracture, intentional overdose. METHYCOBAL dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE, DIOVAN, ZOLPIDEM, CALTAN, NEW LECICARBON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
