Physician from UNITED KINGDOM reported MIGLUSTAT problem on Mar 12, 2008. Female patient, child 10 years of age, was diagnosed with niemann-pick disease and was treated with MIGLUSTAT. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: acrochordon, crohn's disease, disease progression, haemorrhoids, lower respiratory tract infection, niemann-pick disease, pneumonia, proctalgia, scoliosis. MIGLUSTAT dosage: 200 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, IMIPRAMINE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/27/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: acrochordon, crohn's disease, oral intake reduced, proctalgia, vulval abscess. MIGLUSTAT dosage: 200 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, IMIPRAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

MIGLUSTAT dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ARIPIPRAZOLE, XANAX, LEXAPRO, MODAFINIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
