Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with prostate cancer metastatic and was treated with MITOXANTRONE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, arrhythmia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, atrioventricular block complete, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood albumin decreased, blood bilirubin increased, bone disorder, bundle branch block right. MITOXANTRONE dosage: 18 MG Q3W IV. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, GRANISETRON. Patient died on 01/27/2008.
