on Sep 12, 2007 Female patient from ITALY, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer, dyslipidaemia and was treated with Motilex. After Motilex was administered, patient had the following side effects: Motilex and amnesia, Motilex and anti-thyroid antibody positive, Motilex and blood thyroid stimulating hormone increased, Motilex and confusional state, Motilex and dyslexia, Motilex and fine motor delay, Motilex and gait disturbance, Motilex and thyroxine free decreased, Motilex and tremor. Motilex dosage: Unk. During the same period patient was treated with ALIFLUS DISKUS, ASPIRIN, TRIATEC, RABEPRAZOLE, TOTALIP, PLAVIX. Patient was hospitalized.
