on Apr 17, 2009 Female patient from SPAIN, was diagnosed with cardiac disorder, iron deficiency anaemia, cough, blood test abnormal and was treated with Nitradisc. After Nitradisc was administered, patient had the following side effects: Nitradisc and stevens-johnson syndrome. Nitradisc dosage: 5 G, 1x/day. During the same period patient was treated with ADIRO, FERROUS SULPHATE, FLUIMUCIL, SEGURIL, SEKISAN, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE, ZANTAC, ALLOPURINOL.
