After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: metabolic acidosis, renal failure. NITROGLYCERIN dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, METFORMIN, ACETYLSALICYLATE LYSINE, GLYBURIDE, RAMIPRIL, CLOPIDOGREL, TORSEMIDE, TRIMETAZIDINE. Patient died.
