After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cardiac arrest , cardiac tamponade, coronary artery perforation, electromechanical dissociation, myocardial rupture. NITROLINGUAL dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, DURIDE, SIMVASTATIN, OMEPRAZOLE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, MORPHINE, CILAZAPRIL. Patient died on 02/23/2007.
