Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 148.0 lb, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation  and was treated with PACERONE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: lung disorder. PACERONE dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 77 years of age, weighting 220.0 lb, was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia and was treated with PACERONE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: chest discomfort, pulmonary toxicity, pyrexia, upper respiratory tract infection. PACERONE dosage: 800 MG 400 BID X- 14 DAYS PO; 200 MG 200 HS PO. Patient recovered.

PACERONE dosage: 200MG QD QD ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN. Patient recovered.

PACERONE dosage: 200 MG, QD, PO. During the same period patient was treated with OMEGA, LANTUS, NOVOLOG, IMDUR, ASPIRIN, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
